Why do I live where the air hurts my face?

Currently it is 2 degrees. TWO ya'll. I can't handle it. I know this happens every year but I can never quite prepare myself for it. I think I am meant to move south for the winter like a bird...or a retired person.

So, in honor of the below freezing temps I thought I would share ALL the cozy things from brands I love.

These faux fur lined slippers from Sorel are so comfortable. Warm without making your feet sweaty. They don't slide off your feet when walking and have comfortable soles. I feel like the run pretty true to size but if you want a little extra room at the back or like to wear thicker socks I might go up one size. They come in three different colors and are on sale right now on the Sorel website HERE.

Brand: Sorel

What I love: Value ethical & sustainable manufacturing processes. Responsibly sourced materials.

Available in my Amazon lists as well HERE.

CJLA has many cozy items available; however this Gwenyth cardigan is the ULTIMATE in cozy over sized sweaters. I had been looking for something similar for years and hadn't found the right thing. So naturally I got three colors. {obsessed much?} Currently they are in the clearance section so snag one fast. They have beige, light pink and grey. I wear the S/M and it is still over sized. I am 5'1" though so if you are tall the M/L might be fine.

Brand: Carly Jean Los Angeles

What I love: Women owned brand. Many items made in the USA. They give back to the community.

Sherpa is everywhere now and if you haven't hopped on the bandwagon yet...this one is the place to start. Super soft material and a roomy fit without looking frumpy. You can probably size down one at least and still have a roomy fit. {Again, I am short so things easily overwhelm my body so if you are taller that may not be the case}

Brand: Aerie

What I love: Body positive brand. Untouched model photos of REAL women. Moving towards more sustainable manufacturing practices.

Grace & Lace is one of my favorite brands and this is one of my favorite tops. The material is soft and flowy and it has THUMB HOLES. The length is not like a tunic so if you prefer really long shirts this isn't that, but still plenty long. It can be dressed up or down easily. I have it in a past season color but there are still good options available.

Brand: Grace & Lace

What I love: Woman owned, donates part of profits to orphans and building orphanages in India.

I know I've talked about Rags for kids clothes but did you know they have adult sizes too? I mean...not in rompers of course but this pullover sweatshirt is awesome. It is unisex sizing and I wear a medium in this specific one. It is roomy enough but not over sized and super soft material.

Brand: Rags

What I love: Woman owned, a company that gives back, supports moms, many items made in the US.

You know what is the best about winter? It is easy to throw on a beanie to hide any bad hair day. These are cute AND benefit Feed My Starving Children who provide meals for children in third world countries. Win/Win

Brand: Feed My Starving Children

What I love: Purchase provides 48 meals for children in third world countries. Made by talented artisans providing work for people to provide for their families.

Stay warm! XOXO Michelle
